This property records when a recurring event begins, in 24-hour local time, zero-padded: 18:30.[unverified]
Text rather than a date, because what is being recorded is a time of day that repeats, not a moment. Zero-padded 24-hour values sort correctly as strings, which is the whole reason for the format; the template converts them to 6:30 pm for display, and accepts either form as input.[unverified]
