Cryptograss:Delivery-kid/Coconut remnants

These are the eleven Coconut remnants found by the delivery-kid storage audit: pins that hold only a 485-byte metadata.json and no media, left behind when the hosted transcoder (removed in maybelle-config#129) produced nothing. Each one has transcode.method: coconut, no qualities, no variants and zero output bytes. Together they come to about 5 KB.

They are written down here so that unpinning them loses nothing: this page is the record.

Six of the eleven are the same upload: "learning terrapin outside Denver venue", tried six times by Justin on 1 June 2026. No release with that title was ever published, so if the video still exists somewhere it was never pinned and could be uploaded again now.

Before unpinning, Skyler is checking whether any of the untitled ones were something that needs keeping. Since none of them holds media, keeping one would mean finding and re-uploading the original file, not keeping the pin.

Uploads still in staging

Justin checked delivery-kid's disk directly on 8 October 2026 (read-only du). No kept originals exist — there is no originals/ directory at all. But 4.2 GB sits in staging/drafts, in thirteen drafts that never finalized, nearly all from March to May, the months the hosted transcoder was failing. A draft keeps its upload until a pin succeeds, so these are the files those failures left behind.

That makes them recordings, not waste: for most of them this may be the only copy anywhere we control. The six Coconut attempts at "learning terrapin outside Denver venue" all point back to one draft whose 21 MB upload is still here.

Matched on the exact upload size each release records, not just on title. Two are the same file already published, one is the same performance from another copy, and one cannot be confirmed because its draft never recorded a size. Five drafts are old enough to have recorded no size at all; for those, title was the only check. The rest are worth publishing now that the pipeline works, or deleting by decision of the person who uploaded them — not pruned as clutter.^[unverified]Proposed by Magent
